Who is Warrior Allegiance?

Warrior Allegiance was founded in El Paso Texas in 2021 with one mission: to ensure no veteran is left behind in the VA disability claims process. We know veterans face barriers such as endless forms, long delays, and unfair denials. Our purpose is to eliminate those barriers with expertise, integrity, and relentless dedication.

Our team includes administrative specialists and medical professionals who carefully review every case. We guide each veteran step by step through a complicated system so they receive the benefits they deserve. A veteran’s fight is our fight, and we work until the case is resolved.

Our mission is simple: Protect veterans by helping them file strong, ethical claims the right way.

VA Claim Changes & Increased Oversight - What Veterans Should Know

Warrior Allegiance focuses strictly on:

With recent legislation and stronger enforcement against fraudulent DBQs and predatory claim companies, many veterans are unsure who to trust.

We welcome the oversight.

Why? Because ethical, documentation-first claims have nothing to fear.

How VA Disability Claims are Actually Approved

Every VA disability claim must meet three legal elements under federal regulations. If one is missing, the claim can be denied — regardless of how severe the condition feels. Understanding these elements protects you from bad advice.

01

Current Medical Diagnosis

You must have an active, documented condition. Not just symptoms — but a confirmed diagnosis in your medical records.

02

In-Service Event or Injury

There must be documented evidence that the condition began, worsened, or was caused during military service. Service records matter.

03

Medical Nexus

A medical opinion must connect your current diagnosis to your in-service event. Without this link, the VA cannot grant service connection.

If any one of these elements is weak or missing, your claim may be denied — no matter what a consultant promises.

What This Means for You

You’re preparing to file and want to make sure it’s done correctly.

You’re seeking an increase but aren’t sure if your documentation supports it.

Or you’ve worked with another company and now have questions about the advice you were given.

If you’re reading this, you likely fall into one of three categories:

Filing too early, filing without proper evidence, or relying on shortcuts can create unnecessary setbacks. A properly documented claim, built around service connection and medical support, removes uncertainty.

At Warrior Allegiance, we don’t start with percentages.

We start with your records.

Where do you Stand?

Whether you’re filing for the first time, pursuing an increase, or questioning past claim advice, clarity comes before action. We review your records, current rating, and medical evidence to determine whether your claim is properly supported — and if it’s not, we’ll tell you. Before filing anything, know exactly where you stand.

They Served, And now they got their Victory
